A. Research the topic of typography, particularly examine good and bad aspects of typography and include in a Word document. The word count should be between 500 and 750 words.
B. Prepare your research [from Part A] into an 8-page booklet at A5 size. Your document is to include Bleed Area, and you should follow best practice techniques of Facing Pages, Master Pages, Character and Paragraph Styles, and Auto Page Numbering. Any illustrations or images must be your own - full colour (CMYK) and 300dpi resolution.
C. Now produce an electronic 'mock-up' (signature) of your 8-page booklet, use same method as Prepress LA03, Part B. Indicate where the fold and cut lines will appear. Export as a PDF.
Prepare a daily/weekly schedule which action the
processes for the above steps.
